Our rooms have sea views with ensuites/private bathrooms.

Facilities:

• 2 King/Twin and 1 Queen bedrooms, all with ensuites.
• Bathrooms with hair-dryers, and complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, etc.
• 2 bedrooms open to terrace, with panoramic ocean views.
• 1 bedroom with garden view.
• Bedrooms have insect screens on windows, and beds have electric blankets.
• Guest lounge with Internet access, Sky TV, books and games available. Relax and enjoy ocean vistas.
• Tea/coffee facilities, with a small fridge for the use of all guests. ·
• Off-street parking.

Weather permitting, our generous continental breakfast – fruit juice, choice of cereals, fruits (fresh and cooked), and homemade yoghurt, breads, muffins and jams, with all dietary concerns catered for - is served on the front deck overlooking the sea.

We thank you for not smoking in the house - but are happy for you to smoke outside.

Also available for your use – iron and ironing board, beach towels and spades for Hot Water Beach.
